Shipping policy

How long does it take my order to arrive?

• We need 3 - 5 business days to process your order and send it out (not include weekend and holidays)
• Your order will arrive approximately 5-7 business days after it's shipped (Except some products, please refer below). We use different shipping partners, but the final delivery is usually via USPS.
• For international orders please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. The final delivery is usually via your local postal service.

- Processing Time: 3-5 working days average after payment and all designs updated correctly

- Shipping Time: 7- 15 working days average (US)

SPECIFICATION FOR JEWELRY ( Necklace, Bracelet,...) :

- Processing Time: 1-3 working days

- Shipping Time: 2- 8 working days average (US)

2 Year Protection Plan + Expedited Dispatch: 14.95

Economy (5-8 days): $4.90

Standard (6-14days): FREE
